In addition; Stan possess qualified Builder’s License in B.C. with 2-5-10 Warranty Program. His detailed knowledge of the Strata Property Act, Residential Tenancy Act, Real Estate Service Act, Contract Law Act, Competition Act, Employment Standards Act of BC, Real Estate Development Marketing Act and the BC Building Code helps many property owners, save time and money.
